Whether it’s abortion, contraception, climate change or public education, the GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum seems hellbound to bring down the USA and turn it into a dumbfuck’s paradise theocracy.
So it makes one slightly uneasy to see this total moron actually lead in the GOP polls :
White House hopeful Rick Santorum has opened an eight-point lead over presumptive frontrunner Mitt Romney among likely Republican voters nationwide, a new poll showed on Sunday.
Gallup’s daily tracking poll showed that 36% of those surveyed said they supported the Christian conservative, while 28% said they preferred the former Massachusetts governor.
To those who argue that Obama will eat any of those guys alive, I just want to say that there will be another election in 2016, where Obama will not be around. And that’s a scary prospect indeed.
It’s so confusing. The other day, god revealed which GOP candidate will win the election and be the next president to evangelical Pat Robertson (god also told him to not tell anyone). Yesterday, Michele Bachmann dropped out of the race, after stating earlier in her campaign that god had told her to run. Do these guys have different gods, or does god vote by minority committee with changing opinions ? It’s really confusing.
Well, at least Rick Perry doesn’t claim that god asked him to run, and he concedes that him not ending up in the top 3 in Iowa might have been “god’s will“.
The bad news in all this is that Rick Santorum, the guy who thinks it’s ok for his wife to have an abortion but not for anyone else and who wants to ban all contraception, is still in the race, and so is Mitt Romney, who, it must be said, looks like the only real politician among all those demented clowns.
The good news is, homosexuals can breathe easier for now, they won’t be facing any attempts to “fix” them by being subjected to reeducation clinics the likes of which Michele Bachmann’s born-again husband runs.
