But no-balls are getting reviewed ?

Something is not right in the world of Test Cricket. Countries can refuse to use the Decision Review System to look at, say, LBW decisions, or whether there was a glove or an edge or not. Mike Hussey would not have been out on the first day of the Australia – India Boxing Day Test, for example. But at the same time, for some reason, no-balls and runouts still get reviewed by the third umpire. How ? Why ? They are allowed to get an LBW wrong, but not a runout ? This inconsistency makes no sense at all, it’s totally farsical.
So India, who refused to use the DRS in the current Test, got a decision reversed when Dravid was bowled by Siddle because the umpire went upstairs to have the delivery checked for a no-ball, which it turned out to be. But had Siddle had Dravid plum leg before the next delivery and the umpire had said no, there would have been no review. It makes no sense at all, and it needs to be changed. Either review everything, or don’t review anything.
Well, at least there was nothing to review when Siddle got Tendulkar :
